Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Cevmo during the private beta period.
1. Beta product
Cevmo is currently provided as a beta product. Features may change, be modified, or become unavailable during testing.
2. Informational service
Cevmo provides tools for subscription monitoring, renewal alerts, price change detection, and cancellation assistance. Cevmo does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Read-only access
Cevmo only accesses transaction data in read-only mode and cannot move money or initiate payments.
4. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing recurring payments and confirming cancellations with merchants where applicable.
5. Cancellation assistance
Cancellation methods vary by vendor and jurisdiction. Cevmo does not guarantee successful cancellation of third-party services.
6. Data and deletion
Data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse, abuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Cevmo is provided "as is" during beta testing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cevmo shall not be liable for missed renewals, failed cancellations, interruptions, or third-party service issues.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
